Fita Azul Celebration dry

Cumin, carrot and garlic salad, with breast of chicken

Prepare the carrots and cut them into slices around 0.5 cm thick.
Boil the carrots in salted water.
When cooked, drain them and put them back in the pan with a drizzle of olive oil, the garlic (cut very fine) and the cumin. Stir gently for 2 minutes.
Grill the chicken breast as you like it and serve with the carrot salad.
Ingredients:

6 medium-sized carrots
2 small, or 1 large, clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of cumin
olive oil
salt
pepper
4 chicken breasts
